Qualification :
1. Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) or Master’s Degree is an advantage
2. Experience
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as Department Head / Managerial in construction/EPC projects
- Proven experience in : Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, & Power Plant / Industrial projects
3. Technical Competencies
- Strong knowledge of : Piping systems design & installation, Static and rotating equipment & Stress analysis (CAESAR II is a plus)
- Familiar with : P&ID, Isometric, GA Drawings, Welding and NDT processes
- Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and cost control
4. Software Skills : AutoCAD / Plant 3D, CAESAR II (preferred), Primavera P6 / MS Project & Microsoft Office
5. Soft Skills : 
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
