Job Description :
  • Responsible for all Electrical Instrument & Control inspections related to installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Responsible for preparing Project Quality Plan.
  • Responsible for conducting the inspection of all on going activates for Electrical Instrument & Control installation.
  • Responsible to develop ITP's for all electrical & Instrument activities.
  • Responsible for raising RFI and conducting all the Electrical Instrument & Control inspection with client Representative.
  • Update to Project Manager for any deficiencies between scope of work, Construction & Technical Specification.
  • Ensuring the work as per Project Specification, Method Statement and approved shop drawings. Also to ensure that all approved and inspected materials are used.
  • Able to reviewing IFC drawings and inspection documents and ensuring to comply with the Project requirements.
  • Develop daily and weekly QA/QC reports for ongoing activates.
  • Responsible all activates are comply to IFC drawing and RC standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring all the testing equipment are calibrated.
  • Perform all required test for LV, MV, HV cable, and Equipment before and after installation
  • Responsible for preparing the hand over documents O&M manuals.
  • Responsible for preparing shop drawings, material-technical submittals, and technical queries.
  • Rendered technical drawings and electrical & Instrument systems specifications that exceeded company standards.
  • Performed load calculation for sizing wire and circuit protection.
  • Monitored installation and operations to consistently meet with customer requirements.
  • Continually improved methods and procedures for processes, measurement, documenting and workflow techniques.
