- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in construction industry, including: At least 10 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record managing large-scale EPC / Oil & Gas / Mining / Infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of : Project Management & Construction Execution, Contract Management (FIDIC / EPC Contracts), Cost Control & Budgeting, Risk Management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CIPM, or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in multinational or international projects
- Proven experience handling mega projects (USD 50M+)
- Familiarity with construction management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP)
